Photo Challenge # 1

I belong to a Yahoo Scrapbooking group where we were challenged to take pictures of things that are uniquely me. I procrastinated slightly, so these aren't the best, but are me!

This would be me with the 2 most important people in my life...my hubby of 4 1/2 years and my (our) 2 1/2 year old son.

This would be me with my 9 year old God daughter Breanna. She is "my girl." I just wish she lived a little closer to me so I could spend more time with her.

This a picture I took of the sunrise in the Outer Banks, my favorite vacation spot and where my husband and I are currently planning to retire.

This a picture of the passenger seat of my truck...it is always piled with crap, my pocket book, my bag, coupons, books, catalogs, oh and there is my bag with dirty tupperware from lunch that day! (this mess drives my husband absolutely bananas!!!)

This is my desk at work...where I spend a minimum of 40 hours a week...as you can see just as messy as the passenger seat of my truck...but I do actually straighten this up every morning and every night!!!

So there you have it, pictures about me. There are other pictures I could have taken that represent me, but as previously stated I ran out of time!

Started a new blog

Ok, don't even know what I am doing with this blogging stuff...but did decide to start another blog just for my daily pictures! So I will be blogging my one picture of each day on this blog:

Twice in one week!!!

ok, still trying to figure out this whole blogging thing, but hey at least I'm trying!!! I have also been keeping up with taking 1 picture a day for the Project 365 Challenge. I am one of the lucky ones who will be receiving a kit sometime next week! I'm thinking I might start a separate blog for just these pictures, but in the mean time, here is Sunday's picture.

Ok having a hard time figuring out how to get the picture UNDER my text!!! (Please lessons are accepted here!)

Anyway, I do laundry every Sunday (Ok, I actually do laundry EVERY day!) but Sunday I do sheets, towels and my work clothes.

Project 365 challenge

This is the very first picture I took...my son sitting on the floor, watching tv, "eating" his blanket. I did take a few others for January 1st, but I'm having a hard time figuring out this blogging thing!

been a while

Well, I'm not doing so good with this am I? I smell a new year's resolution coming!!!

What is wrong with this thing?

I log into my blog and it only shows my first post from back in January and my old title. What in the world is going on?

OOPPS, Been a while!

Apparently, I'm not so good with these, huh? I haven't quite figured out how to add pictures, and really cool stuff to my blog.

I joined Weight Watchers on Thursday, so today is day number 2 of counting and watching what I eat. So far so good, but being home today is making it really hard...I just want to go grab a few of my son's Goldfish from the closet! But, I am being good and I am well on my way to reaching my first goal, which is to lose 10% of my weight.

Going on vacation in 2 weeks to Ocean City, New Jersey, and I can't wait! We rented a house on Asbury Ave, not too close to all the action, but not too far. I am hoping to get a lot of reading done and of course some sun too. I will be taking lots of pictures of Eric's first trip to the beach, so I will have lots of scrapping to do when we get home.

Gotta go take care of a few things while Eric is napping.
